Standard Gate	Side-Bin Gate

STANDARD RACK AND PINION GATES (above left) are of heavy construction and are so designed for positive shut-off. The guides are also self-cleaning. These gates are built with fixed guides as shown or with ball bearing skate wheels under the slide.

SIDE-BIN RACK AND PINION GATES – (above right) The side bin gates are heavy-duty constructed and are designed for positive shut-off. The guides are also self-clearing. The mounting plate can be curved for different diameter bins. We must know the diameter of the bin they are to be mounted on; otherwise, we will supply them with a flat plate. They can be activated with either a chain wheel, a hand wheel or electric with a ball-drive actuator.

ELECTRIC SLIDE GATES
(above left) This gate has UHMW slide guides and is used over driveways or under hopper tanks. It utilizes a ball drive actuator to open and close to your desired position.

(above right) This gate has a gear head motor coupled to the R+P shaft. The body of the gate is 6" thick with internal guides. Common usage is opening and closing needed on an angle
