Square Gravity Cleaner	Cleaner with round screen cones

Our Grain Cleaners are made with a square body with inside top spreading screen cone round. By having top round screen cone, 100% of the screens are used. There is an adjustable inlet collar to control the flow of grain over the screens. The thinner the flow, the more effective is the cleaning action.

The top cover is made in four removable sections. The screens are also in four sections each (total 8 pcs) and are made of tempered hard wire. Various size screens are available for different grains.

We cannot make any claims as to the percent of foreign material that our cleaner will remove as this depends on the flow rate over the screens and the moisture content of the grains.
